Job Title: Assembler Level 1
Supervisor: Production Manager
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position involves the assembly of cable assemblies and mechanical assemblies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibility of this position is to build products based on assigned work instructions, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of quality possible.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to follow written, and verbal, instructions
- Ability to sit, or stand for extended periods of time
- Good mechanical ability
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination in the assembly of product
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying of supplies required for assembly job assignments
- Ability to speak to and to hear other employees in person
- Body and motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one assembly location to another
- Capable of learning to use production equipment, including hand tools and light machinery

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position involves the assembly of cable assemblies, mechanical assemblies, and basic soldering skills.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibility of this position is to build product based on assigned work instructions, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of quality possible.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support resource to Level 1 Assemblers when requested by the Production Manager.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to follow written, and verbal, instructions
- Ability to sit, or stand for extended periods of time
- Advanced mechanical ability
- Ability to solder connections
- Ability to repair connections
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination in the assembly of product
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying of supplies required for assembly job assignments
- Ability to speak to and to hear other employees in person
