With four high speed cutting and stripping machines, we have the ability to process all wire gages from “0” AWG to “30” AWG, from basic wire cutting to additional features such as “semi-stripping”, and hot stamping on the wire jacket to meet your requirements.

Termination is a large part of the cable and harness industry, and ECI has the tools to fulfill the task... for high speed termination we utilize multiple AMP presses, numerous Pico pneumatic crimpers, and other assorted automated crimp tooling. For the smaller run, and specialty work, ECI has hundreds of hand crimp tools, calibrated regularly and traceable to NIST standards.

For cable identification, we also can meet your requirements, offering thermal transfer printing, hot stamping, and epoxy inking to meet MIL-STD’s or harsh environment marking durability.

Our tooling covers a wide variety of manufacturers, such as Tyco, Molex, Duetsch, Panduit, Amphenol, Souriou, JST, Sure Seal, and many, many more.
